The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers mail to tenant at their suites. Outgoing mail is also collected by USPS from an outgoing mail drop located in the mailroom.
Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
Large deliveries and freight for Northwest Medical Center take place in tenant’s suite. The entrance to the lot is located at the southwest side of the building. Delivery vehicles over 10 feet in height must park curbside at Independence Avenue. The transfer of curbside deliveries into the building must be coordinated with the Management Office.
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advanced reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure a tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
